Cancellation prior to 30 days to check in: 100% refund

Cancellation prior to 15 days to check in: 50% refund

Cancellation less than 15 days to check in: no refund

2. fill the online form - we'll get back to you with payment instructions. Payment is done via account transfer

3. booking is confirmed when tansfer is completed

Check-in is flexible, usually around 2 pm. Late check in maybe required when previous guests leave on the same day. An early check in is possible on request.

Check-out can be done between 08am and 11am.

We do not allow pets in the property.

The cost includes towels, bed linens.

If you wish to have an extra bed or a crib please contact us. There is an additional cost for these elements.

You can smoke outside and use one of the ashtrays available.

First aid kit can be found in the kitchen cabinet.

Parties and events are not allowed in the house without the consent of Consuls Houses. Please contact us.
